Završena je trodnevna transformativna radionica „The Power of Breath” u Beogradu – i iza nas su tri dana dubokog disanja, pokreta, suza, smeha, tišine i susreta sa sobom.
Okupili smo se sa jednom zajedničkom namerom: da napravimo siguran prostor u kome emocije ne moraju da se „drže pod kontrolom“, već mogu da se osete, izraze i nežno integrišu. Kroz svesno disanje, rad sa telom, kretanje i meditativne tehnike istraživali smo autentični izraz, dodirivali mesta u nama koja dugo čekaju da budu viđena i dopuštali telu da nam kaže svoju priču.
Radili smo na oslobađanju telesnih i emotivnih blokada, prepoznavali gde u telu nosimo napetost, stari strah ili neizrečenu tugu – i dozvoljavali da dah bude most između onoga što osećamo i onoga što možemo da izrazimo. Učili smo kako izgleda zdrava granica, kako da stanemo iza sebe bez agresije, kako da pristupimo dostojanstvu i zdravom besu bez osude, kao prirodnoj snazi našeg nervnog sistema.
Kroz breathwork sesije, vođene meditacije i somatske vežbe dopuštali smo telu da se zatrese, opusti, izdahne ono što je bilo zarobljeno. Nervni sistem je dobijao signal da je sada bezbedno, da ne mora više da bude u stalnoj pripravnosti. Mnogi učesnici su osetili više prostora u grudima, više zemlje pod nogama, više topline u telu – i ti trenuci suštinski su razlog zbog kog radimo ovakav posao.
Najvažnije od svega – grupa je postala topao, podržavajući prostor u kome je autentičnost dobrodošla: mesto gde možeš da budeš ti, sa svim svojim „previše“ i „premalo“, i da budeš prihvaćen. Dah nas je povezao – sa sobom, jedne s drugima i sa nečim dubljim u nama koje zna da je moguće živeti mekše, prisutnije i istinitije.
Od srca hvala svim učesnicima na poverenju, hrabrosti, spremnosti da se pojave „takvi kakvi jesu“, na suzama, osmesima, deljenju, zagrljajima i tišini.

The three-day transformational workshop “The Power of Breath” in Belgrade has come to an end – and behind us are three days of deep breathing, movement, tears, laughter, silence, and meeting ourselves.
We gathered with one shared intention: to create a safe space where emotions don’t have to be “kept under control”, but can be felt, expressed, and gently integrated. Through conscious breathing, bodywork, movement, and meditative techniques, we explored authentic expression, touched the places within us that have been waiting to be seen, and allowed the body to tell its story.
We worked on releasing physical and emotional blocks, recognizing where in the body we carry tension, old fear, or unspoken sadness – and we allowed the breath to become a bridge between what we feel and what we are able to express. We learned what healthy boundaries look like, how to stand up for ourselves without aggression, and how to approach dignity and healthy anger without judgment, as a natural strength of our nervous system.
Through breathwork sessions, guided meditations, and somatic exercises, we allowed the body to shake, soften, and exhale what had been held inside. The nervous system received the signal that it is now safe, that it no longer has to be on constant alert. Many participants felt more space in their chest, more ground under their feet, more warmth in their bodies – and these moments are, at the core, the reason why we do this work.
Most importantly, the group became a warm, supportive space where authenticity is welcome: a place where you can be yourself, with all your “too much” and “not enough”, and still be accepted. Breath connected us – with ourselves, with one another, and with something deeper in us that knows it is possible to live more softly, more present, and more truthfully.
